The Legend Continues
by Richard on 8/15/2026 5:39:38 PM
I’ve owned 5 Porsche’s over the past 45 years and this one is a fine example! Cons: STD radio is poor. Sunroof still has a modest rattle. It’s 10% too heavy & large for me. Pros: About everything else! Engine Manual transmission Brakes Handling Fit/finish A/C Seats Looks - 5.0
5 years later - flawless
by SamJ on 7/24/2025 2:10:52 PM
I've owned Toyota's and Honda's and other "Reliable" brands and so far, in the 5+ years I've had this 992.1 (delivered December 2019)... It has been absolutely flawless mechanically and has had 2 minor software fixable glitches to do with the Infotainment system... The car still drives like a beast, and the build quality is holding up better than I've ever seen for a car ... nothing is lose, no rattles, no shakes, no unusual level of wear on any materials and surfaces ... at nearly 30K miles, it's like the day I rolled it off the dealer's lot.. I would strongly recommend this particular car.. can't say the same about the entire Porsche line - as a lot of it is just re-badge Audi / VW ... but this car is built to a higher standard and with a special pride of being the genuine deal.. a Porsche 911. - 5.0
